Our Experience

My name is Shawaunna Middleton. I am a licensed cosmetologist of over 10 years and a licensed CPA of over 5 year. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin with an emphasis in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree.

I worked at a top 10 accounting firm in the Nation for 3.5 years. During that time, I worked with CEOs and CFOs of multi-million dollar businesses, in various avenues in tax. I have knowledge in business tax (all entity sizes), individuals, trusts and foreign entities. I also worked as a tax professional at a manufacturing company for 1.5 years. So I have an array of experience if many industries.

I am also the owner and founder of a growing salon business which has grown by over 70% in a year. So not only do I have the technical experience but I also have the real life experience of running a business. My passion is to help people turn their side businesses into real businesses.
